La Maison Bleue's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by La Maison Bleue to the customer, together with any postage costs incurred. La Maison Bleue shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. La Maison Bleue cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on this website or in the manufacturers product information. Customers' statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications were correct at the time of going to press. All dimensions are approximate. Whilst every effort is taken to reproduce the colours of the products correctly, slight variations may occur in the reproduction process.
Changes to Products and Services
La Maison Bleue Limited reserves the right to without prior notice to:
- Add or withdraw product from the range
- Revise prices
- Change payment methods
- Change delivery method.
We hope that you will be delighted with any product purchased from La Maison Bleue, occasionally though we know that you will want to return items. Provided that the item is returned unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of receipt we will issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding any postage or gift wrapping charges.
Please note that where an order has qualified for free delivery (£100 accessories £300 garden furniture), items returned from this order whether wholly or partially that results in the order being below the free delivery threshold (£100/£300) will incur a £6.95 restocking charge to cover our costs of postage.
All orders are carefully checked and hand packaged prior to despatch, however in the unlikely event that you find your order damaged or faulty please call us on 01543 481414 or send an email to email@example.com within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Upon receipt of the returned item (please include a written description of the problem), we will replace or refund (including postage)
No liability is accepted for damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow manufacturers care instructions
For any returns we recommend that you use registered post as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.
